It's unfair to blame obesity on business owners. Wendy Treasure, 46. Quite a few restaurants are too generous in their portions. It should be about finding a balance, focusing on the texture and flavours of food, rather than the sizes. I also have economic concerns about the wastefulness of throwing food out.
