The restaurant, scheduled to open in late May in the former Carrows at East Plumb and Kietzke lanes, is a collaboration between Justin Owen and Ryan Gold (owners of four Reno food and drink spots), chef Troy Cannan of LuLou's and Kauboi Izakaya, and Steve Williams, Redwood's owner and an investor in the Renaissance Reno hotel.
