[Sun.Star] - Regional Trial Court (RTC) Executive Judge Teresita Abarquez-Galanida dismissed the writ of amparo petition for lack of convincing evidence. The case was raffled off to RTC Branch 55, but assisting Judge Estela Alma Singco also dismissed the petition.
