Holliday and Franklin also named Memorial Health System of East Texas emergency room physician Dr. Abraham Goldfarb and Dr. Sudheer Reddy Karnati, who has a personal practice in Lufkin, in the suit. Goldfarb is accused of wrongful death for allegedly instructing paramedics on scene to call a coroner for Franklin, despite her ability to "breathe on her own" and strong vital signs, the suit stated.
