Brookings didnt have to wait long for a New Years baby.
Less than three hours into Anna Christine was born at Brookings hospital. The proud parents of the 8-pound, 13-ounce baby girl are Sheldon and Robyn Rasmussen.
Anna is the Brookings couples fourth child. She has two big brothers, Andrew, 8, and Luke, 4, and a big sister, Lauryn, 17
