[Pensacola Business Journal] - Escambia County officials identified the victim in the blast as Richard Dunigan. Dunigan, 59, was arrested twice in July and as recently as July 26 on weapons offenses, aggravated assault, disorderly intoxication, criminal mischief, and firing a weapon.
