Police: Oakland shooting suspect also charged with robbing 17-year-old girl

[San Jose Mercury News] - A 17-year-old girl's cellphone was stolen after she was punched in the face and her head was slammed against a wall, Officer Omar Daza-Quiroz said. The girl suffered a torn ligament in her hand trying to defend herself against her attacker, police said.
