Explosion rocks FM station in Palpa

[Himalayan Times] the incident site and are launching an investigation. It is not clear yet if it was bomb or some electronic device that exploded. The FM station is situated at the second floor of a building owned by UCPN-Maoist Palpa district Secretary Netra Pandey.
