To all who are far better expected: forget it! 1985 I read in a name dictionary, by the way, much to the amusement of my former room-mate that the name "Gurr" probably originated from the Middle High German and was used to be a dirty word for lame horse or mule is. The farmer called the irritated according to tradition like "lame Guhr.
