A CITY COP took the stand Monday and described how he nearly died when a motorcycle struck him while chasing two suspected car thieves on a Brooklyn street. “I didn't see it. The minute I've seen it, I tried to jump out,” Officer Carlos Olmeda said of the oncoming bike.
