[Bayside Bulletin] - Chris Eigeland, 21 of, Birkdale, is this year's Young Citizen of the Year and 69-year-old Iris Cuff is the Senior Citizen of the Year. Macleay Island's Jennifer Devon and Victoria Point's Keith Williams were joint winners of the Local Hero Award.
