San Diego company buys Serendipity Tennis Club | January

Jan 06, · Sarasota Tennis Holdings, a San Diego company managed by Eran Salu, financed the purchase with a $1.6 million loan from the seller. Serendipity was the second Southwest Florida tennis club to change hands in December. The United Tennis Academy paid $1.55 million for the Racquet Club at El Conquistador earlier in the month.
