Serves Heat the oven to 200C/Gas 6. Boil 1kg medium Charlotte potatoes in salted water for 7-9 minutes. Drain and peel when cool, then halve. Chop 200g chorizo sausage into bite-size pieces. Heat a thin layer of olive oil in an ovenproof pan, add the chorizo and fry until it releases oil.
