· Osman will replace Abdinur Mohamed Ahmed, who served as Farmajo's deputy chief of staff. Osman's appointment is President Mohamud's second since officially taking the reins of the presidency on Monday. Mohamud's first hire was Hussein Sheikh Mohamud, who he tapped as his new Chief of Staff.
